This fit 9cm dia of bottle, pls just check the dia of your bottle is ok. 99% of bottles are fiited.

I don’t think it can do all three, unless you’re really good with super glue. It’s either controller or drink, plus headset.

Supper easy to install, it’s just one bolt to tighten and the cup holder/controller holder just slides on. I doubt it would leave marks unless it’s very soft wood and you tighten it very tightly.
